Postdoctoral researcher at the IFIBIO Argentina, Director: Dr. Mario Rafael Pagani. Research in the field of neural crest-derived stem cells, neurobiology of depression and neuropsychopharmacology, mainly on antidepressant activity and neuroprotective properties of plant-derived compounds and classical antidepressant drugs. Interested in application of 3Rs in neuropharmacology and disease models of neurodegenerative and psychiatric disorders. Postdoctoral project aimed to investigate the neuroprotective role of immunophilins against oxidative stress injuries as well as neuronal/axonal damage in Drosophila and rodents. Postdoctoral ad honorem researcher at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC, Brazil, since 09/2017).
