Xianfeng Huang, born in April 1964 in Nanjiang, Sichuan, is a Doctor of Economics, Professor, and PhD supervisor. He graduated in 1984 from the Mathematics Department of Sichuan Normal University with a Bachelor of Science degree; in 1989, he completed his Master of Science in Mathematics from Liaoning University; and in 2001, he earned his Doctorate in Economics from the Economic Research Institute of Liaoning University. Since 1989, he has been engaged in teaching and research at Liaoning University. He studied in the Netherlands at the Social Academy in 1993-94 and at Tilburg University in 2000; from 2007 to 2008, he was a visiting scholar at Indiana State University in the United States.

His primary teaching subjects include "Microeconomics," "Macroeconomics," "Economic Growth Theory," and "Mathematical Economics."

His current main research fields are economic growth and development.

In recent years, he has published several research papers in journals such as "Industrial Economics Review," Economic Change and Restructuring, and Economic Systems. He has authored the monograph "Real Economic Cycle Theory" (published by China Renmin University Press, 2003) and translated works "Reflections on the Development of Modern Macroeconomics" (published by The Commercial Press, 2000) and "Economics" (2nd, 3rd, and 4th editions).

黄险峰，1964年4月出生于四川南江，经济学博士，教授，博士生导师。1984年毕业于四川师范大学数学系，获理学学士学位；1989年毕业于辽宁大学数学系，获理学硕士学位；2001年毕业于辽宁大学经济研究所，获经济学博士学位。从1989年开始，一直在辽宁大学从事教学和科研工作；1993-94年在荷兰社会学院进修，2000年在荷兰蒂尔堡大学进修；2007-2008年在美国印第安纳州立大学做访问学者。

　　主要讲授课程包括“微观经济学”、“宏观经济学”、“经济增长理论”和“数理经济学”。

　　目前的主要研究领域为经济增长与经济发展。

　　近年来，在《产业经济评论》、Economic Change and Restructuring、Economic Systems等刊物上发表一些研究论文；出版专著《真实经济周期理论》（中国人民大学出版社，2003年）；出版译著《现代宏观经济学发展的反思》（商务印书馆，2000年）和《经济学》（第2、3、4版 ）
