Emil Sioli (* 29. Juli 1852; † 16. Juni 1922) was a German Psychiatrist and Director of the Institution for Epilepsy and Psychotic Disorders at Frankfurt am Main.
He acceded to the office of Heinrich Hoffmann in 1888, to lead the institution in Frankfurt as director. As such, he reduced the enforcement measures for the hospitalised patients (no restraint). The most famous employees of Emil Sioli in the Frankfurt Institution in the 1980s were Alois Alzheimer and Franz Nissl.
