"Roberto Etchenique"Bio:
We focus in the design and development of chemical tools for physiological studies, mainly in neurosciences. We have devised a new line of caged-compounds, capable to deliver neurotransmitters and other bioactive molecules using visible light, with high temporal and spacial accuracy. We also develop new high-throughput techniques for measuring biorelevant variables en 2D and 3D (temperature, pH, etc.) in a fast and reliable way.
