Bio:

Dimitris Mylonas is an Assistant Professor in Computer Science at Northeastern University London, UK. He holds a PhD from the Department of Computer Science, University College London. He received a MSc in Digital Colour Imaging from London College of Communication, University of the Arts London and completed successfully a MRes in Media and Arts Technology at Queen Mary University of London. Dimitris held research posts in the School of Psychology, University of Liverpool, in the Wellcome Laboratory of Neurobiology, University College London and in the Dept. of Psychology, Goldsmiths College, University of London. His research focuses on the intersection of perceptual, cognitive, and linguistic aspects of colour with an aim to augment colour communication within and across languages.
