Bio:

Most commonly known as Rom Harré. Previously University Lecturer in Philosophy of Science at Oxford and Fellow of Linacre College. Held held Visiting Professorships at American University and other institutions in Australia, Spain and Japan. Prior to graduate studies taught secondary school mathematics and physics in Pakistan.
