Bio:

Born in 1863, doctoral dissertation in Berlin under Wilhelm Von Waldeyer-Harz. Brother of Stanisław, professor of chemistry in Bern. Brother of Antoni, professor of economy in Freiburg. Professor of anatomy in Giessen and Kraków. Published extensively in German, French, English and Polish. After German invasion of Poland in 1939 arrested and send to concentration camp in Sachsenhausen. Beaten to death in the camp on 11.01.1940
