Bio:

Zheng Zhuoqi was previously an expert in grape cultivation and fermentation at Qingdao Agricultural University. Later, during his doctoral studies at China Agricultural University, he shifted his focus to the fermentation of chili peppers. It is believed that he will eventually become a top talent in the industry.
